Spend summer days tubing, kayaking, and exploring mountain trails; enjoy scenic drives and nearby wineries in the fall; or head out for skiing and sledding when winter arrives. Popular nearby attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, The Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski Mountain, High Gravity Adventures, Grandfather Mountain, Grandfather Mountain State Park, Sugar Mountain Resort, Beech Mountain Resort, and Kidd Brewer Stadium.
Inside the Cabin
Step inside and you'll find a cozy, open-concept living area with partially vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and playful bear-themed décor that gives the cabin its name and personality. Curl up on the comfortable sofa with your favorite movie or show, or gather around the table for a family game night with the provided board games.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker to help you start your mountain mornings just right.
Outdoor Living
The kitchen opens directly onto a spacious back deck where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Soak in the private hot tub, fire up the gas grill for dinner, or gather around the picnic table for an al fresco meal.
The fully fenced backyard gives your four-legged friends a safe and convenient space to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors with you. It's an especially nice perk for guests traveling with dogs, so you can relax and enjoy the mountain getaway without worrying about your pups wandering off.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, and each features its own private en-suite bathroom, making Three Bears Cabin a comfortable choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Three Bears Cabin has parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one to two nights. Towels and linens will be provided.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months, when inclement weather may be possible, should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs weighing 50 Lbs or less with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted
-The home has a camera pointing away from the building to monitor its security when vacant.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
