Located in Wolfson Towers in Rechavia, the main residence is a spacious three-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor, with broad living-room windows, open views over Gan Sacher, a large dining area, modern premium kitchen, balcony, parking, and elevator access. A separate private ensuite bedroom is located half a flight from the ground floor and is not on the same floor as the main apartment. The four sleeping rooms each contain two twin beds, providing eight fixed beds. Up to three extra floor mattresses may be arranged on request, allowing a maximum of 11 guests. The combined accommodation includes three full bathrooms, approximately 170 m² of space, and a prebuilt sukkah. The confirmed Succos 2026 rental period is September 22 through October 6, 2026. The full US$30,000 package price applies to the approved stay; shorter occupancy does not reduce the package price. Additional nights require prior discussion and explicit written approval.
