The Space:

Spread across three levels, this modern townhouse is designed for comfort, style, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.



Ground Floor: A sleek kitchen flows into the open-plan living and dining area, with a lovely balcony perched above Queenstown looking over the lake — perfect for morning coffee or après-ski drinks. This level also features a laundry and toilet. There is an aircon on this floor to keep you warm. Guests also have access to a small dedicated storage room for bikes, ski gear or wet and dirty clothing and boots.



2nd Floor: Two peaceful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, including one with beautiful mountain and lake views — the perfect place to wake up and unwind after a day of adventure. One bedroom is a master bedroom and ensuite with lakeview, and there is also another full bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom has an aircon.



Top floor: One master bedroom and ensuite with a large built-in wardrobe and ensuite, the room has lakeview and also an aircon.



Comfort: Fully insulated and equipped with heat pumps on every floor to keep you comfortable year-round, whatever the Queenstown weather brings.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire villa. You have a dedicated carpark Labelled 3/7.

The amazing view includes Frankton Arm, the Remarkables Mountains and Lake Wakatipu. You’re perfectly positioned to enjoy both adventure and relaxation.



The brand new townhouse is situated among other high-quality townhouses. It's also very close to downtown Queenstown and the lakefront, with all the amenities Queenstown has to offer.



Easy access via Hallensteins Road to Gorge Road and onto the Coronet Peak ski road.
