Replacing Vail STR License 030726 upon closing 9/2026
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located condo, close to everything Vail has to offer! Walk to the free town bus stop in just a few minutes, or down the tree-lined path along Gore Creek to the Cascade lift just 0.5 miles away. Perfect for a couple or two friends! Two additional people can sleep in the loft, but please be aware this condo will be cozy with 4.
The space
Where you’ll sleep:
There is a queen bed with plenty of sleeping pillows, a down comforter, and a quilt.
The sofa (in the upstairs loft) provides additional sleeping as a wide twin size (40” W x 75” L) with a down mattress topper and bedding provided. There is an additional twin air mattress with bedding available upon request.
Bathroom:
There is one bathroom with a shower/tub combo with a glass enclosure.
Kitchen:
I enjoy cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped!
Washer/Dryer:
There is a large-capacity washer and dryer and a supply of detergent available for your use.
HEATING:
There are 3 baseboard heaters with independent thermostat controls located in the kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom. The current temperature is displayed by default. If you would like to change the temperature set point, simply press the up or down arrow and the new set point will show on the display.
COOLING:
This unit does not have air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan, box fan, and in the summer, a swamp cooler. Keep the windows closed and shades drawn during the heat of the day to block the direct sunlight. There is a remote control for the window shade covering the large upper window. The outside temperature drops nicely when the sun goes down, and opening the windows allows the cool air in.
Other things to note
Coffee & Tea - we provide a Keurig and supply of pods, French press and ground coffee, Bialetti Moka stovetop espresso maker (please do not put into dishwasher) and ground espresso, assortment of teas, sugar, sweetener, honey.
Cooking supplies - we provide a variety of spices, salt, pepper, cooking oils, and vinegars.
Baking sheet, muffin tin, small instant pot, pots & pans.
Someone can easily live here full time.
