Ski in the morning, swim in the afternoon. Villa Hopea A is a 220 m² log villa on three floors below Levi`s slopes — 350 m to the lifts and the nearest restaurant, 200 m to the golf clubhouse, 10 minutes to Levi centre.
Indoor pool, sauna, open fire, and a covered terrace with heaters. Downstairs, a full-size pool table and a vintage Finnish pajatso.

Villa Hutiputti A is 220 m² of log villa on three floors, built into the slope between Levi Golf & Country Club and the ski runs. Five bedrooms, five toilets, three showers and an indoor swimming pool — room for nine people to spread out and still eat dinner together.

MIDDLE FLOOR — the heart of the house
The fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room open onto each other, with a real wood-burning fireplace you are welcome to use (firewood provided) and a TV. Straight off the living room is a covered terrace with heaters, so you can sit outside in your jumper at minus twenty.

That drying cabinet matters more than it sounds. Nine people coming off the slopes means nine sets of soaked gloves, base layers and boot liners — here they`re dry by morning instead of hanging over the radiators.

ABOUT THE POOL — please read before you book
Villa Hutiputti A is a semi-detached villa with two sides, and the indoor pool is shared between them. If you book both sides, the pool is entirely yours. If the neighbouring side is booked by a different group, the two groups take the pool in agreed time slots — we arrange these before arrival so everyone gets proper private time in the water. Everything else, including your sauna, is yours alone.

We`re Lapland Host, a local team in Lapland. You`ll get your check-in instructions before you arrive, and we`re reachable any time during your stay — for a restaurant table, a safari booking, or just to ask where the ski bus stops.

The Neighbourhood:
Villa Hutiputti A sits in the quiet band of forest between the golf course and the fell, which is the sweet spot in Levi: a walk from the lifts, but away from the village noise.

Levi has 43 slopes and 27 lifts, and around 230 km of cross-country trails leave from the resort. In winter you`re minutes from husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobiling and aurora tours — with no street lights around the house, the northern lights are often visible straight from the terrace between September and March.

In summer the golf course opens on your doorstep, the fell fills with hiking and mountain-bike trails, and the sun doesn`t set at all from late May to late July.
