The space
Ground Floor

•Entrance Hall - this property is a Coach House so all bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all on the first floor.


First Floor

•Bedroom 1

The master bedroom comes with a King size bed equipped with hotel quality bedding and an Emma memory foam mattress (not the lite version).
Black out curtains, two bedside tables with fast USB sockets. There is a dressing table with mirror and socket which can also be used as an office desk, a full length wall mirror and chest of drawers/wardrobe hanging space.

Cloud nine hair dryer provided for convenience.

The bedroom also has a wall mounted 32 inch smart TV connected to the 1GB WiFi

•Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a double bed with hotel quality bedding, an Emma memory foam mattress (not the lite version).
Blackout curtains, one bedside table with fast USB socket and one chest of drawers with wardrobe hanging space.

The bedroom also has a wall mounted 32 inch smart TV connected to the 1GB WiFi.

•Bathroom

Clean, fresh, modern bathroom with bath and over bath shower, towel rail, mirror, toilet and sink.

•Kitchen

Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils and a couple of basic amenities,

Ironing Board, Iron and clothes drying rack also provided.

•Living Room

The living room is warm, cosy and comfortable. It has a sofa, side table with lamp, coffee table and a single sofa chair which can be turned into a simple single bed for a 5th guest. (This has hotel quality bedding and two pillows also).
The living room has a wall mounted 40 inch smart TV connected to the 1GB WiFi and a HDMI lead outlet low level for Xbox. There are games, books and toys for little ones also.

•Dining Area

The dining area is a smart corner of the open plan living space. It seats 4 plus a high chair on request.

Outdoor Space

There is an outdoor area to the rear of the coach house with a patio and gravel area. This is adjacent to the play park with the usual swings, sides etc and a football pitch with goals so ideal for families with children that want to relax outside while they play.

Access to this area; when you walk out of the front door you take a right, then a right, then another right and this brings you onto the walkway at the back of the coach house. The key opens the gate with the green fence, please make sure you lock the gate after use and put the chairs back as they were when you found them.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the whole property including the outdoor area.

Other things to note
Please be advised that any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur charges due to the disruption caused to our cleaning schedule. To avoid inconveniences, kindly ensure prior written agreement for any adjustments to the standard check-in and check-out times.

We do provide a travel cot and high chair but we must be made aware of this request prior to the stay and we do not provide any mattress or bedding for the travel cot. We also provide children's cutlery, plates, bowls etc when we are notified that they are needed.

Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.

There is a no smoking or vaping policy throughout your stay at this property.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to help ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7.
