This inviting home offers a seamless indoor/outdoor layout to make the most of this stunning location, with an open-plan, air-conditioned living area where glass doors to the deck capture the views and maximise natural light. A comfy corner sofa provides ample seating for a movie by the fireplace, while a second living space with cosy armchairs and a TV offers extra room to relax.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer everything you need to cook and share meals, including a ten-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also dine alfresco on the deck while you soak up the sea breezes and spectacular views overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Below, a pet-friendly backyard and a tennis court offer further space to enjoy the outdoors, while a swimming pool is the perfect spot to cool down after a few matches.
Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests, with the primary and second bedrooms offering queen beds, and the third offering a bunk with two singles. The pool studio, located under the main home with a separate entrance, offers two single beds, a portable AC unit, and its own bathroom. Two more bathrooms in the home offer privacy and ease, each appointed with a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while one also includes a freestanding bathtub.
Other conveniences include a private washing machine and dryer, off-street parking and central heating throughout the home.
Please note: While three TVs are shown in the photos, only the TV in the living room adjacent to the kitchen is operational.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Mount Martha Beach is a five-minute drive, where you’ll find a picnic area and BBQ facilities. Before heading home after a swim, stop by one of the local farmers' markets for fresh, regional produce you can cook up in your kitchen – visit the Mornington Peninsula tourism website beforehand for dates and locations. Experience panoramic views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne with Arthurs Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola 10-minutes' drive from your stay. Other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs and the surrounding wineries.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
