The condominium's large bedroom, which has room darkening shutters and air conditioning, is located on the rear, sunrise side of the building which faces the Duomo (Cathedral) and offers a very, very quiet night's sleep. It has a King size bed with brand new memory foam mattresses which, if requested in advance, can be separated into two single beds. This bedroom has a balcony which connects to the kitchen. The balcony offers a beautiful and very romantic view of the top of the Cathedral and Bell Tower which are both lit up at night. It has a HD TV with local channels and a DVD player but with that view, who needs a TV.
The spacious living room/dining room, which also has air conditioning, has an HD TV with local channels and a DVD player, a large 4 person dining room table and two sleeper sofas. One sofa is a single (twin) which is good for one person and the other is a double which can be cozy enough for two people. This room has a balcony offering beautiful sunsets, equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the beautiful Piazza Marconi which hosts many events throughout the year such as antique car shows, marching bands, Ferrari car shows and dance shows.
The eat-in kitchen, also has air conditioning, and a beautiful view of the Torrazzo. You will have everything you need to cook up some great meals with ingredients that you can purchase from the supermarket that is located right downstairs.
The very large bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window with even another beautiful view of the Torrazzo. It contains a washing machine and clothes drying line for added convenience. There are also clothes drying lines outside, off the rear balcony.
