Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. With its easygoing beach-town vibe and close proximity to Charleston, Folly Beach is the perfect Lowcountry getaway.



Other Things to Note:

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all Folly Beach rules and regulations, which are posted within the home.



✹ We happily welcome pets at the property for an additional fee of $125 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per reservation, and all pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation total.

Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of bringing a pet.



✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time on Folly Beach without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



✹ Noise Notice: Folly Beach has a noise ordinance to help maintain the peace and quality of life for everyone in this beautiful beach community.

✹ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

✹ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

✹ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

✹ By booking, you acknowledge and accept the potential for ambient noise.



✹ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

✹ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

✹ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

✹ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.



✹ By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website.
