You can hike, fish, and drive straight up Pikes Peak from here. The highway entrance is right in town.

NEARBY ADVENTURE / LOCATION
You're in Cascade, the town that sits at the gateway to Pikes Peak Highway on Ute Pass. Tiny, forested, and 15 minutes from both Woodland Park and Colorado Springs. This is a base for getting into the mountains, not a place to go out at night. That's the point.

Cascade-Chipita Park is a quiet mountain community on Ute Pass, tucked in the forest at the foot of Pikes Peak. Around 900 people live here. It's a getaway vibe, not a town vibe. Close enough to grab groceries or dinner, far enough to actually hear the creek at night.

🚗 Road and snow: The road in is paved, but it can get snow in winter. 4WD or AWD is helpful, though not required. Drive to conditions.

🏔 Elevation: You're around 7,800 ft. Bring layers, hydrate, and expect mountain weather to shift fast.

🛣 Road noise: The house sits right off Pikes Peak Highway, which makes adventures easy to start but means you'll hear passing vehicles.

🏡 Close neighbor: There's a neighbor nearby. Please honor quiet hours and be a good neighbor.

🛁 Hot tub privacy: The hot tub sits near the parking area. We suggest parking a car to the left of the entry as a privacy screen.
