The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hotel-quality towels and premium toiletries. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Check-in is self-service, with full instructions provided before arrival. We give guests space to enjoy their stay and remain available via Booking.com messaging if needed.

For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is required and can be arranged for $170.

Please note this is a residential building. No parties or events are permitted, quiet hours apply, and only registered guests may stay overnight.
A few notes to keep the apartment and building great for everyone:

• Non-smoking apartment and balcony it`s a residential building requirement. A $300 remediation fee applies if there`s smoke damage.
• No parties or events residential building, real neighbours, and our lease doesn`t allow it.
• Quiet hours 11pm–7am so everyone on the floor rests well.
• Registered guests only building security and our lease require everyone staying to be on the booking. Happy to host day visitors, just let us know.
• Building fob unlocks your apartment, the pool and the gym. A $250 replacement applies if it`s lost that`s the building`s re-issue cost, passed straight through.
• Self check-in any time after 3pm - 12am. Running late or need a hand? Just message we`ll sort it.
• On departure, leave things tidy and drop the fob back in the lockbox. No need to strip beds or clean that`s on us.
