Pool Access
The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is closed every Thursday. Pool access is available Monday to Wednesday for a fee of ₱200 per guest.
Parking
One complimentary parking slot is provided for your stay. You can enjoy the convenience of having a designated space for your vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about finding parking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the unit to help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort for all our guests.
Laundry
An automatic washing machine is available inside the unit for your convenience. Detergent is not provided, but you can easily purchase your preferred brand at the convenience store located on the basement level of the building.
Smoking
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A ₱10,000 penalty will apply for any violation.
Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, out of respect for our neighbors. Penalties may apply for excessive noise or disturbances.
Booking Changes
Please note that only one reservation modification is allowed per booking.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.
Cooking
Light cooking is welcome. To keep the unit fresh and pleasant for everyone, please avoid heavy cooking or strong-smelling dishes, such as fried fish.
Electricity
For long stays (30 days or more), the utility allowance is limited to Php 6,000.00/month only. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged accordingly.
