About this house rental
Room to breathe, an hour north of Melbourne. A three-bedroom home in Wallan, where the paddocks start, the creek runs through town and the golf course is minutes up the road.
Three queen beds in three separate bedrooms — six adults, no sofa beds, nobody sharing. Two bathrooms plus a powder room, so nobody queues. Full kitchen with dishwasher, a dining table and a private living room.
Free parking on site and on the street. Private entrance, self check-in, workspace, air con and heating.
Sleeping— Three bedrooms, a queen bed in each. Six adults sleep in real rooms behind real doors, with no fold-outs and no bunks. Black-out blinds throughout, clothing storage, hangers and fresh linen made up before you arrive.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms plus a separate powder room. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, towels and plenty of hot water.
Kitchen— Built for cooking, not reheating: oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster. Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, a baking sheet, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses, with a dining table that seats everyone.
Living and outside — A private living room with a TV, and a patio with outdoor furniture for the long evenings.
Pratical — Air conditioning and heating, washing machine and drying rack, iron, wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and power. Private entrance, free off-street parking plus free street parking. Stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome.
