Smoky Bear Pointe is located in a mountain environment, so roads in the area may be winding and weather conditions can change quickly, particularly during the winter months.
The gas fireplace is seasonal. The charcoal grill requires guests to provide their own charcoal.
Wildlife is part of the Smoky Mountain experience. Please never feed or approach wildlife and do not leave food or trash outdoors. Because this is a wooded mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered despite professional cleaning and routine pest-control measures.
