The spacious kitchen, with classic wooden cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen features a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, a capsule coffee machine and an additional dining table to help you throughout your day.

The great highlight of this property is its fabulous outdoor space. The house has a balcony and a spacious terrace with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the mountainside. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor table, so you can easily gather the family outdoors, relax in the sun and enjoy the fantastic natural light during the day.

The three bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and equipped with comfortable double beds and practical wooden wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings. All bedrooms benefit from windows that ensure excellent natural light and a serene atmosphere.

The property has a main bathroom indoors, equipped with a spacious glass shower cubicle and a washing machine. There is also a convenient service bathroom located outside the house.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The great magic of this location is offering you a sanctuary of peace while maintaining excellent proximity to Funchal. Through an incredibly scenic journey of about 45 minutes (with landscapes that are, in themselves, an attraction), you will reach the vibrant heart of Madeira's capital. This allows you to spend the day exploring the historic streets of Funchal, tasting delicacies at the famous Mercado dos Lavradores, riding the cable car up to Monte or strolling along the Marina, returning at the end of the day to the absolute silence of your retreat in the north.

As a strategic base for discovering the island's greatest wonders, this area is simply perfect. It is just a few minutes from the iconic municipality of Santana, world-famous for its typical 'Casinhas de Santana' (thatched-roof houses), and surrounded by the most beautiful trails and Levadas winding through the magical Laurissilva Forest (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). On a short drive heading west, you can explore the famous caves and volcanic pools of São Vicente or the charm of Porto Moniz. The property is located in Arco de São Jorge, Madeira — a rural and tranquil area on the island's north coast, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.

The area has limited public transport, so we strongly recommend renting a car to explore Madeira and easily access the property.

By car, Funchal (the island's capital) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away. Cristiano Ronaldo Airport (Madeira Airport, FNC) is approximately 60 to 70 minutes away by car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 4 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
