About this apartment rental

A one-bedroom apartment on a quiet Richmond street, minutes from Bridge Road, Swan Street and the Yarra.

A queen bed, a separate living room and a balcony for your morning coffee. One bathroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a desk if work follows you. A lift in the building, so no stairs with the suitcase.

Four train lines run from Burnley station, trams cover the rest, and the MCG, AAMI Park and Melbourne Park are minutes away.

Sleeping — One bedroom with a queen bed, black-out blinds, clothing storage, hangers and fresh linen made up before you arrive. Comfortable for two.

Bathroom — One bathroom with shampoo, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, towels and plenty of hot water.

Kitchen — A real kitchen, not a kitchenette: oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee. Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses, and a dining table to eat at properly.

Living and balcony — A separate living room with a TV, and a balcony with outdoor furniture — the part of the apartment you'll actually use most.

Practical — Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and power. A lift in the building, and a laundromat nearby. Stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome, and the apartment is set up for them.
