The sunny enclosed verandah opens from the living areas with views over the bay and a daybed to sink into.
Arrive via private staircase to a covered deck with outdoor seating that catches the sea breeze.
Redcliffe Markets, Sunny`s at the Sebel, and the Komo are all within easy reach.
The Belvedere is a 5-minute drive for the best sunset on the bay.
The Verandah has been finished to a higher standard than our studios, with thoughtful design details that make it feel like a genuine retreat.
Your own private staircase arrives at a covered outdoor deck — a sheltered spot with outdoor seating, perfectly positioned to catch the coastal breeze.
From here you step inside to the kitchen and living/ dining areas opening to the sunny enclosed verandah.
With views over the bay and a daybed that catches the morning light, it`s the kind of spot you`ll find yourself returning to all day.
The daybed can also double as a fifth bed if needed.
Both bedrooms are ensuited — no sharing, no waiting, no compromises.
A separate laundry with a third toilet completes the picture, fitted with a Fisher & Paykel family-sized front loader and heat pump dryer.
For a Queenslander stay of this size, it`s genuinely well-appointed setup, with complimentary washing detergent.
Fully self-contained with a private entry, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and everything you need to settle in for a night or a week.
Primary access is via your private external staircase with smart lock and 24-hour self check-in.
An internal staircase with a second smart lock code is also available if needed.

The Verandah is part of a small collection of self-contained stays within our Queenslander. Each has its own private entry — you won`t share any living areas with other guests.
Lock up garage, dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi included.
Your private staircase and covered deck are accessed independently from street level via Langdon Avenue and your own lock up garage with remote access (note 1800mm clearance to roller door).
The enclosed verandah opens directly from the living areas inside.
An internal staircase with a second smart lock is also available as an alternative entry.
All stays share the Queenslander building — each with a fully separate private entry.
You won`t pass through any shared living spaces.
We`re nearby if you need anything at all — and equally happy to leave you to enjoy your own space.
The Verandah occupies the upper level of an original Queenslander believed to have been built in the early 1900s and extended in the 1980s — one of the Peninsula`s finer remaining examples of the style.
The Verandah is an upstairs space accessed primarily via an external staircase — please keep this in mind if mobility is a consideration.
As with many coastal character weatherboard buildings, some noise travels between spaces.
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise after 8pm.
