All daily essentials provided: quality linen and towelling, Eco Store shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Kitchen essentials provided: coffees, teas, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

• Full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, the living area, kitchen, and balcony.
• Entry is simple and contactless, with keypad access to the complex and key lockbox.

The owner does not live at the property, so guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. Our Christchurch-based team is always available if needed and can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

• Outdoor louvres remote is located behind the curtains, next to the heat pump remote.
• Bedrooms located upstairs and accessible via stairs.
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability and prior arrangement.
• Our local Care Property Stays team is available if you need assistance during your stay.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
