The Pavillon Saint Claude is situated in a peaceful location, on the Boulevard de l'Océan, just a few steps from the sea and the famous Cormier beach. This renovated 40 m² house, set on a secure enclosed plot of 250 m², has one bedroom and a mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 people.



The house comprises a living area with lounge space, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, cafetière (French press), toaster and kettle. The bathroom with walk-in shower is accessible from the ground floor bedroom. An independent toilet completes the rental.



The house has two sleeping areas:

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): suite-style with modular twin beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm)

Bedroom 2 (mezzanine): 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm)



You can secure your bikes under the covered terrace and, although there is no private parking, you will find free parking spaces on the boulevard in front of the house (subject to availability).



For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a travel cot and a few sun loungers are at your disposal.
