The outdoor spaces are where Lake It Easy really shines. Gather around one of the two gas fire tables on the patio for drinks and conversation, or head down to the waterfront for an evening around the lakefront fire pit, where you can enjoy s'mores, stories, and beautiful views right on the water.
With five bedrooms plus two sleeper sofas, there's plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Most guests use a car — the neighborhood is car-friendly and parking is typically available at private homes. Nearest commercial air service is at Hot Springs Memorial Field (HOT) for limited regional flights; the larger Little Rock airport (LIT) is commonly used for more flight options.
SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.
Two hour early check is available for $50. Subject to availability.
Use of amenities is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if an amenity is unavailable.
