Welcome to Within Reach, a modern and spacious coastal holiday home perfectly positioned in beautiful Cooks Beach. Sleeping up to 11 guests across four bedrooms, it’s ideal for families or friends looking to relax and explore the Coromandel.



Start your day with a coffee from the espresso machine, then wander down to the white-sand beach, Purangi Estuary or nearby playground. The large, flat section offers plenty of space for outdoor games, relaxing in the sunshine and firing up the Weber BBQ.



Inside, the light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a welcoming hub, while a second lounge, board games and PS4 provide extra space to unwind. Air conditioning, fans and heaters keep things comfortable year-round.



There’s generous off-street parking for vehicles and a boat or Jet Ski. Whitianga is just a five-minute ferry ride away, while Hot Water Beach is only a 10-minute drive.

Pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. You must contact us before booking, to discuss suitability for your pet, and the associated fees to bring your pet. Only one pet is allowed, however it is important to note that the property is not fully-fenced. A pet-fee and pet-bond will apply. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.

Living area: 1x Sofa bed. For comfort reasons, this is suitable for 1 adult only - or up to 2 small children. Not suited for 2 adults.



House Rules and Information -



Parking: Off-street parking for 4+ vehicles, plus plenty of boat parking. You are welcome to use the internal garage for parking also.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
