Welcome to Riad Kenyadha, a traditional retreat that blends Moroccan style with modern comforts—perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
This property features 3 suites with air conditioning and private bathrooms, including a suite for parents. You’ll also have access to high-speed internet and a TV with plenty of channels and shows. For security, there’s an outdoor camera monitoring the entrance.
Outside, you can enjoy two sunny terraces with a Moroccan-style seating area, a barbecue, a traditional oven, and lounge chairs. The riad is located in a secure residential complex called Qariya Siyahiya, with a security guard on duty at all times, private parking, and superb amenities such as three swimming pools, a mosque, a pharmacy, a bank, an ATM, restaurants, cafés, shops, a hair salon, and green spaces.
The location is great, just 10 minutes from the Bahia Palace, 15 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna Square and the center of Guéliz, and very close to the Majorelle Garden.
Finally, to make your stay even better, we offer paid services that you can request when you book: airport transfers, an in-home cook for
traditional dishes, restaurant reservations, hot-air balloon rides, and excursions to the Agafay Desert.
Unmarried Moroccan couples are not permitted
In accordance with current Moroccan regulations on Airbnb, each guest will be required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival.
Please note that the pool is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Fridays (weekly day of rest) and throughout the month of Ramadan, when access will be suspended.
