To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

🚭 SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

🤫 QUIET HOURS: Please respect silence between 22:00 and 08:00.

👥 CAPACITY: Maximum of 6 guests (including children).

🔞 GROUP PROFILE: Groups with members under 25 years of age are not admitted.

🐾 ANIMALS: Pets are not permitted.

🎉 EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.

🧹 FINAL CARE: Please do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (to avoid extra cleaning charges).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT payment (€500) via secure method, refundable within 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

SEF - (Immigration and Border Service) It is mandatory to provide identification details of all foreign guests to the property manager.

TOURIST TAX – charged to all guests aged 16 and over.
