The Space:

As you enter through the front door you will walk into an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area. The living room has a seating area and a large TV. The Dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen has bar seating and a large island. The first floor also has a half bath room. Up the stairs there are three bedrooms, a laundry room and two full bath. There is a reading nook at the top of the stairs. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom boasts a large bathroom with a separate tub. It also has two spacious closets.The community amenities include a pool, clubhouse with gym, playgrounds and tennis court.



Your rental includes a bedroom with one closet, 50" SmartTV, queen bed and office desk. The hallway bathroom is a shared bathroom. The bedroom is the second door on the right located at the top of the stairs.



Minimum 31 night stay required by city regulations.



Guest Access:

When you arrive at the house, you will enter the property through the front door. You will have access to your assigned bedroom plus common spaces in the townhome. Each room has its own smartlock with access only to the assigned guest.



Guests will be issued a key fob for use of the community pool, clubhouse and gym.



To access the community center and pool, you can use the provided key fob. Please do not lose this key fob. We will have to charge you a $150 fee to replace it. You will be able to find the key fob located on a key chain hanging on the wall in your bedroom. Pool hours are posted at the pool and entry is only authorized during those hours for safety reasons.



To access the tennis court, there is a 4 digit code for the padlock that you can obtain from the community property manager located in the community center.



The garage is off limits to guests as the owners have personal items stored there.
