The Space:

A fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow you have entirely to yourself. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third a queen, so six adults sleep comfortably without a pullout in sight. Both bathrooms have walk-in tiled showers. The kitchen is new end to end: quartz counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to actually cook. The living room has a large smart TV and fast WiFi that holds up for work calls. In-house washer and dryer, central air and heat, ceiling fans in every room, and a private fenced back yard with space to sit outside. Everything in the house is 2026-new: mattresses, linens, towels, cookware.



Sleeping arrangements: the house sleeps up to 8. The three real beds (two kings and a queen) comfortably sleep 6; guests 7 and 8 sleep on the queen air mattress we provide, set up in the living room. Great for a family or a group of friends; if all eight of you want a real bed, this isn't the right fit.



Guest Access:

You have the whole main house to yourself with private keypad entry on the front porch. Free street parking directly in front; you can fit two cars easily. Self check-in any time after 3:00 PM. Note that there is a separate, small studio rental at the back of the lot (Unit B) with its own guests and its own entrance along the side gravel path. The main house, front porch, and front yard are yours; the back yard is shared with the studio. Your front door code is sent the day before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

You are just north of the Houston Heights on a quiet residential street, ten minutes from Downtown and Minute Maid Park. The Heights (19th Street) has the restaurants, coffee shops, and bars people come to Houston for: Coltivare, Better Luck Tomorrow, Eight Row Flint, Boomtown Coffee, and a dozen more within a ten-minute drive. H-E-B, Target, and pharmacies are five minutes away. The street is safe and quiet at night; neighbors are long-term residents.



Getting Around:

Downtown 10 min. Minute Maid Park and Toyota Center 12 to 15 min. The Heights (19th St) 10 min. Galleria 20 min. Texas Medical Center 20 to 25 min. NRG Stadium 25 to 30 min (not walkable). Bush Intercontinental (IAH) 20 min; Hobby (HOU) 25 to 30 min. Add 10 to 15 minutes in rush hour. A car is easiest; rideshare is reliable and the best option for game days and concerts. Free street parking at the house.



Other Things to Note:

Self check-in with a door code, no in-person handoff. We reply to messages within minutes, day or night, and can be at the house quickly if anything needs attention. Local cleaning and maintenance team on call.



Interaction with Guests:

The studio behind the house is a separate rental with its own guests; please leave its door and the back-yard path to it alone. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors. No parties or events. Pets welcome with a nightly pet fee; please tell us how many. Smoking outside only. Six guests maximum; if you need to squeeze in one more, message us about an air mattress.
