Our holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Butjadingen, offering you a peaceful retreat. Relax on the terrace, read a book, or watch your children play ball in the private garden. The house provides 78 m² of space for up to 5 guests.



This pet-free house features a ground-floor bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, granite countertop, large dishwasher, and washing machine. A roomy fridge with freezer compartment offers plenty of storage. In the bright living room, you will find a smart TV, corner sofa with coffee table, dining table with 5 chairs, and a high chair for children. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. You can also use the fold-out bed and a travel cot for babies here. The second bedroom has two single beds. All upstairs windows are fitted with blackout curtains and insect screens; a stair gate is also provided.



A private parking space is available on the property. A bicycle is provided for exploring the area. Children will find toys, books, and a large handcart.



Restaurants at the Fedderwardersiel harbor are within walking distance. Souvenir and fish shops as well as a small grocery store are open. The bike rental in Burhave (Strandallee) can be easily reached by the "Strandläufer" bus line.
