The unit is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Grand Hyatt Hotel, and St. Luke’s Medical Center. For guests who enjoy exploring on foot, BGC High Street, The Mind Museum, Market! Market!, and SM Aura are approximately a 15–20 minute walk away. By car, you can reach Venice Grand Canal Mall in McKinley Hill, Glorietta in Makati CBD, Rockwell, Shangri-La EDSA/Megamall, and Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport in approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

The Space

This spacious 81-square-meter corner unit features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private balcony, providing plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy their stay. The master bedroom offers a beautiful floor-to-ceiling city view and a luxurious private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and double vanity sinks—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The second bedroom provides a comfortable and private space for additional guests.

The unit can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children (up to 17 years old).

The Master Bedroom features a queen-size bed, sofa bed, full-length mirror, split-type air conditioning, and a private bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, hot and cold shower, and bidet. Shampoo, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer are also provided.

The Second Bedroom has a queen-size bed, a single pull-out bed, split-type air conditioning, and a crib available upon request.

The Common Bathroom is equipped with a multi-point water heater and bidet. Shampoo, body wash, and towels are provided.

The Living Room features a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast, a 3-seater sofa, accent chair, and split-type air conditioning.

The Dining Area includes a dining table and dinnerware set. A high chair is also available upon request.

The Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a coffee maker, rice cooker, electric water kettle, and bread toaster.

For your convenience, the Laundry Area comes with a fully automatic washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board, and flat iron.

Guest Access

Take a refreshing dip in the resort-style swimming pool and enjoy the building’s outdoor and indoor amenities.

The swimming pool is available for use from Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are exclusively reserved for residents and unit owners. The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and sanitation. If Monday falls on a holiday, maintenance will be conducted on the following day. Up to three (3) registered guests per unit may use the swimming pool free of charge. Additional guests may use the pool for ₱300 per person.

Other outdoor amenities include a picnic area, jogging path, and playground.

The building also has a spa room, where you may bring your own masseuse. The spa room is available at a rate of ₱300 per hour.

For registration and use of the amenities, please ask for assistance at the concierge desk and complete the required form before using the facilities.

Other Things to Note

Upon confirmation of your reservation, all guests are required to provide a copy of a valid ID and acknowledge/sign the House Rules & Regulations mandated by Uptown Parksuites Condominium at least one day prior to the scheduled check-in date. This information is required to complete the guest endorsement with the property management office.

Upon arrival at the building reception, guests will be asked to present a valid ID for verification.

Paid parking may be available inside the building for an additional fee and is subject to availability. If parking inside the building is unavailable, nearby options include Uptown Parade Steel Parking and Uptown Mall.

We’re available online daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. In case of emergencies, we will respond as quickly as possible.

Visitor Policy

Please inform us of all visitors upon booking and provide their valid IDs so we can complete the required building endorsement. Visitors are included in the unit’s maximum occupancy. Visitors arriving at 10:00 PM or later without prior endorsement may be denied entry by building security.

Housekeeping

Please note that daily cleaning, towel/linen renewal, and amenities replenishment are not included during your stay. The towels and amenities provided upon check-in are intended for the duration of your stay.
