Elk Stargazer’s signature feature is its one-of-a-kind motorized king bed. With the touch of a button, the entire king bed rolls through a large opening and out onto the private deck. Lounge beneath the trees, stargaze from bed, feel the cool evening air, and soak in the quiet of the Pennsylvania woods—without leaving the comfort of your bedding. When you’re ready to come back inside, press the button again and the bed rolls back into the cabin. The bed will be prepared with comfortable bedding and linens, making it an unforgettable way to slow down, reconnect, and spend a truly unique night beneath the stars.

• Private Hot Tub and Wellness Amenities
Step outside and unwind in your own private four-person hot tub, surrounded by the wooded setting of Elk County. You’ll also have a private cedar barrel sauna—perfect for warming up and settling into a peaceful wellness experience. A four-season outdoor shower lets you enjoy a refreshing outdoor rinse with the privacy and comfort expected from a luxury retreat. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful freestanding soaker tub beside a large window overlooking the trees, along with a separate tiled shower. Whether you’re soaking, steaming, rinsing, or relaxing indoors, Elk Stargazer is designed to help you slow down and fully enjoy your time away.

• Polaris Side-by-Side and Two E-Bikes Included
Your reservation includes the use of a two-seat Polaris side-by-side and two fat-tire electric bikes—at no additional rental charge. The Polaris offers a fun, comfortable way to explore surrounding back roads and take in the natural beauty of the Benezette area, while the two e-bikes provide an equally memorable way to get outside and explore at a slower pace. Usage requirements, safety information, designated riding areas, and waivers will be provided before arrival. Guests are expected to follow all local laws, posted restrictions, and responsible wildlife-viewing guidelines.

• Outdoor Living and Dining
Elk Stargazer will feature multiple outdoor spaces made for relaxing, dining, and spending time together in the woods. Mirrored-glass French doors in the living room open directly onto the outdoor dining area, bringing in natural light while adding privacy and a distinctive modern look that still connects you to the surrounding forest. Open the doors for fresh air while you cook, carry your meal right outside, and dine together among the trees. A propane grill on the deck makes outdoor meals easy, and guests can gather around the outdoor fireplace for warmth in the evening or time under the stars after exploring elk country. These outdoor spaces also provide access to the private hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, four-season outdoor shower, and the unforgettable slide-out bed experience.

• Comfortable Cabin Interior
Inside, the cabin will feature warm white pine walls, modern gray trim, wood-look flooring, and simple modern-rustic finishes similar to our other InJoy Retreats properties. The living room’s mirrored-glass French doors bring in natural light and open to the deck and outdoor dining area. An indoor electric fireplace adds a cozy atmosphere—especially on cool mornings and evenings. The cabin will also include a television and free Wi-Fi, so you can stream a movie, stay connected when needed, or unplug and enjoy the retreat.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen
The kitchen will be fully stocked with the basic cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and appliances needed to prepare meals during your stay. Cook breakfast, make coffee, and enjoy dinner without bringing an entire kitchen from home. The open kitchen and living area creates a comfortable space to relax together, and the nearby French doors make it easy to move between the kitchen and the outdoor dining area.

• EV Charger
Elk Stargazer will also include an EV charger for guests traveling with an electric vehicle. Arrive, plug in, and recharge during your stay without hunting for a public charging station. Charging compatibility and operating instructions will be provided with the arrival information.

• Close to Pennsylvania Elk Viewing
Elk Stargazer is located near Benezette in the heart of Pennsylvania elk country—just minutes from the Elk Country Visitor Center, Winslow Hill, scenic viewing areas, and places where elk are frequently seen throughout the year. Early morning and evening are often the best times to look for elk, and during the fall rut you may hear bull elk bugling throughout the surrounding area. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, but the cabin puts you close to some of the best-known elk-viewing areas in Pennsylvania.

• Currently Under Construction
Elk Stargazer is currently under construction and is expected to be ready near the end of August. Welcome to the Elk Stargazer! We`re honored you`ve chosen to stay with InJoy Retreats. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable experience for every guest. Please help us care for the property by following these house rules.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

REGISTERED GUESTS

• Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

• The Elk Stargazer is designed as a peaceful retreat for couples.
• Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

SMOKING

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly if smoking outdoors.

PETS

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.
• Please clean up after your pet.
• Pets are not permitted on the furniture or bedding.
• Never leave pets unattended inside the cabin unless they are safely kenneled.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY

• Please treat the cabin and all amenities with care.
• Report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Before checking out, we ask that you:

• Place used towels in the shower.
• Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
• Place all trash in the outdoor trash container.
• Turn off lights and small appliances.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Retract the motorized king bed if it has been extended.
• Park the Polaris side-by-side in its designated location.
• Plug the e-bikes in so they`re charged for the next guests.
