WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB & SAUNA

When making a reservation and staying at the house, the guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub and sauna on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or sauna and/or property caused by the guests.

Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean feet prior to use of the hot tub.

Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.

No glass products or food of any kind are allowed in or around the hot tub or sauna. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub or sauna, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

Damage to a hot tub cover will result in an $800 charge. The cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Guests agree that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner.

Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the hot tub and sauna. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the hot tub or sauna. By using the hot tub or sauna guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the hot tub or sauna, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
