LIVING AND DINING

The main living space has high ceilings, large windows and direct views across the Catskills. It includes a fireplace, comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

The adjoining dining area has a long table with seating for the group. The walnut-and-stone kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay.



BEDROOMS

The house sleeps up to nine guests across four rooms:

• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed

• Two bedrooms with queen-size beds

• Private study with a daybed and an air mattress in the living room (please message us after booking to let us know that this will be required)



BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms and a separate powder room. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub, while the second full bathroom has a shower.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The private deck has outdoor furniture, a dining area and a BBQ grill, all overlooking the surrounding fields and mountains. The property also has a private backyard and driveway parking for several cars.



LOCATION

The Schoolhouse is close to Saugerties, Woodstock, Kingston and Hudson, with hiking, skiing, swimming holes, restaurants, farm stands and antique shops throughout the surrounding Catskills and Hudson Valley.

• Pets are welcome with advance notice and an additional cleaning fee

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house

• The house is surrounded by open countryside, so you may occasionally encounter insects or local wildlife

• There is a small pond within the grounds, and children should be supervised when outdoors
