The heart of the home is the open kitchen, dining, and living area, anchored by a double-sided wood-burning fireplace. The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances, ample prep space, and the supplies groups actually need for real meals at home. After skiing, gather for dinner, relax in the great room, play pool, or settle into the theater room for a movie night.

The estate sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 sleeping areas, with multiple king bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms that make the layout ideal for multi-family trips, couples traveling together, and extended families. The primary suite offers a king bed, fireplace, private deck access, and a spa-style bathroom with steam shower, jetted tub, heated towel bars, and premium fixtures.

Guests will have private access to SlopeSide Estate Home. Please note that the separate guest house on the property may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
- Please cover the hot tubs when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tubs is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using a hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, other harm, or death arising from or associated with use of the hot tubs and hold the owner and property manager harmless.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
