As the day winds down, retreat to three beautifully styled bedrooms, each adorned with elegant décor. Wake up in the primary suite, where a queen bed overlooks the courtyard, and start your day with a refreshing shower in the ensuite. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note that the living room has an open gas fireplace. While a fire gate is in place, we recommend supervising small children for safety.

Besides the gas fireplace in the living area, all other fireplaces are ornamental only.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Guests are required to clean the BBQ and BBQ utensils after use. A $75 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned.

We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we're happy to reimburse the cost; simply provide us with the receipt.

The big bins are collected every Monday, so they must be taken out for collection every Sunday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Sunday/Monday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out. We will send you reminders. Thanks!
