The open-plan living area is fitted with a plush sofa, adjustable TV and a four-person dining table, which doubles as a workspace. The kitchen is kitted with sleek appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and basic pantry items to get you started. There is also air-conditioning and heating creating a year-round retreat.

In the evenings, retreat to a generous bedroom with a queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe for storing your belongings. There is a high-pressure shower in the bathroom to easily refresh, while internal laundry facilities adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack.

The apartment also comes with a designated underground car spot for one car.

The charming artsy suburb of Northcote has become one of the city’s most sought after neightbourhoods, for its stylish boutiques, notable restaurants and wine bars. It has a bustling village vibe and is a hub for live music with venues such as Northcote Social Club, Open Studio and Wesley Anne. Northcote is also known for its abundant brunch spots such as Barry Coffee and Food, Penny Farthing Espresso and Filed Black. The Merri Creek Trail is a scenic walking and cycling track along the creek through the northern suburbs, while Ruckers Hill offers amazing views at sunset. Hop on the train from Northcote Station for the quick ride into the CBD.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Guests are required to clean the BBQ and BBQ utensils after use. A $75 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned.

We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we're happy to reimburse the cost; simply provide us with the receipt.

Guests do not have access to the letterbox. If you need to receive mail during your stay, please arrange for it to be sent to the local post office, where you can pick it up.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. We provide complimentary check-ins from 3pm-9pm. Please note there is an additional $66 charge after 9 pm and a $99 for key handovers after midnight. We will need to charge $55 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler.
