Positioned on the second floor of a characteristic half-timbered house on the edge of the forest, this cottage apartment offers an attractive 80 m² mountain retreat overlooking the surrounding peaks and Kurpark in Nordenau. The warmly furnished living and dining space features comfortable seating, a dining table, and a Smart TV for post-adventure relaxation. Directly adjacent, a fully equipped open kitchen comes fitted with an induction hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, and coffee maker for convenient self-catering.
Designed to comfortably host up to 4 guests, the layout comprises two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The sleeping configurations offer one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. A sleek full bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet serves the unit, with a children's cot and high chair available for families travelling with little ones.
Outside, guests enjoy access to a shared garden at the front of the property, equipped with an outdoor terrace, garden furniture, a parasol, and barbecue facilities. Essential amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, pet-friendly accommodations, and private on-site parking.
Located right next to forest trails, the property is steps away from scenic hiking and mountain biking routes, including the famous Rothaarsteig. In winter, the local ski lift is just 500 meters away, while major ski destinations like Altastenberg and Winterberg are accessible within a 5- to 10-minute drive.
Note: An additional set of towels can be requested during your stay at €4.50 per person.
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
