There is a large porch with seating upstairs and a large porch with seating downstairs. From the upstairs porch you get a view of downtown Austin. It is beautiful, especially at night.
The reason people book this address is the neighborhood and the view. Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and the Lady Bird Lake hike-and-bike trail are close enough to walk or take a very short drive. South Lamar has coffee, tacos, and dinner. Downtown is about 10 minutes when traffic is kind — and you can see it from the upstairs porch after you get home.
When you book Units A + B you have the whole duplex. Keep evenings reasonable for the houses around you. No pets unless we approved them in writing.
