This ground-floor five-bedroom, two-bathroom garden apartment is in Katamon beside the German Colony. It includes a family living room, a large kosher kitchen, a private courtyard with a prebuilt sukkah and two balconies.

Ten fixed beds are provided. Up to five extra mattresses may be arranged on request—one per bedroom—for a maximum occupancy of 15 guests. Guests have private use of the complete accommodation and its listed private outdoor areas. Raphael at Old City Luxury Apartments handles inquiries, booking coordination and written booking terms.

The confirmed Succos 2026 rental period is September 22 through October 6, 2026. The full package price applies even for a shorter stay, and dates outside this period require prior written approval.
