About this villa rental
Villa dei Tramonti is an exclusive villa overlooking the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in Torre delle Stelle, on the Cann'e Sisa coast. From its three terraces, you can admire the sea and sky blending at the horizon, offering ever-changing views. A staircase leads to the sea-view terrace, with easy access to the water via a private slide, making this summer residence truly unique.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms in the main building, each with a private bathroom: two doubles with beautiful sea views and one with bunk beds. It accommodates up to six guests; a crib is available on request. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV are at your disposal.
You will have exclusive use of the entire villa, including outdoor areas (except for the annex).
You can access the property via a covered driveway with three parking spaces. An illuminated staircase leads to the heart of the house. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including a coffee machine, with an adjacent bathroom and an outdoor laundry area. The open-plan living room on two levels features a dining area with a fireplace and a lounge area, leading to a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue—ideal for enjoying sunsets and unique views. There is also a workstation. From the living room, you reach the lower floor with another covered terrace, perfect for reading or working, and an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery. Upstairs, you reach the terrace just five meters from the sea, furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella. The last steps lead to the slide directly into the water.
We recommend using a car to reach the villa due to unpaved roads. Once there, the supermarket and beach are a 15-minute walk away. One pet is allowed upon agreement. Events are not permitted.
