About the home

“Norling Vista Coastal Retreat” is a spacious double-storey family home in San Remo, close to Bore Beach and a short drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. With generous living spaces, beautiful coastal outlooks and plenty of room for families and friends to relax and enjoy, it’s the perfect base for a memorable coastal getaway. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area (with a 75" Smart TV and a selection of board/card games/books & magazines) downstairs provides a bright and welcoming space for guests to gather and relax and plenty of natural light. Large sliding doors open to the outdoor area, creating an easy indoor/outdoor flow. Also downstairs are Bedrooms 6 & 7 (each with a BIR). A fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine and clothes dryer) is also provided for added convenience.

Upstairs, accessed via the internal staircase, the second Lounge (with a 65" Smart TV) provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, with large windows capturing beautiful coastal/open landscape views and sliding doors opening onto the Balcony. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5, each with a BIR, are also located upstairs. Bedroom 1 features a Walk-In Robe and an Ensuite (with a shower over bath & toilet). Two further Bathrooms are also provided (each with a shower over bath), along with a separate Toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The covered Patio (with outdoor seating and an electric BBQ) provides a comfortable space for alfresco dining and entertaining, overlooking the large enclosed backyard. The spacious lawn offers plenty of room for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities, with a basketball hoop and generous paved area. Upstairs, the partially covered Balcony provides another lovely spot to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air and surrounding outlooks. There is a double Garage with parking for 2 cars, plus additional off-street parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).

Please note: The home has 6 external security cameras located around the front, back, and sides of the property.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen features a spacious island bench with seating for 4 and a walk-in pantry providing plenty of additional storage. It is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of cooking equipment. There is also a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, oven and cooktop.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has ducted heating and cooling throughout, providing year-round comfort.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 8 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): One Queen bed

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
