This spacious family apartment is located on Chayei Olam Street in Jerusalem’s Jewish Quarter, directly beside the stairs leading toward the Kotel. The Western Wall plaza is less than a two-minute walk away, making this an exceptional Old City location for Succos.

The bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides generous space for family meals and entertaining. The room has accommodated approximately 30 guests for a Sheva Brachot, although that arrangement was crowded. The modern kitchen offers extensive cabinetry, counter space and an adjoining dining area.

There are three sleeping rooms: a master room with one double bed and a cot, a children’s room with three twin beds and a cot, and an office/guest room with one twin bed. Several additional mattresses can be placed in the living room or enclosed balcony when needed.

The apartment has two full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, plus a bright enclosed balcony that can provide additional living, play or sleeping space. A sukkah will be built and fully prepared before Succos, so it will be ready for guests to use throughout the stay.

Full-period price: US$16,000 for the guaranteed September 22–October 6, 2026 period. The same full package price applies for fewer nights. Please confirm the final guest setup, cot sizes and extra mattresses before booking.
