Inside: warm living spaces, plush beds, and effortless comfort. Whether you're exploring bungalow-lined streets, here for USF, or road-tripping between beaches and parks, this quiet corner of Riverbend has you covered. Two queen bedrooms are dressed in premium linens, fluffy pillows, and cozy comforters for a genuinely restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a fully stocked linen closet, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook a real meal (just no dishwasher), down to an anti-fatigue mat for standing comfort. Just off the kitchen, the dining room seats four comfortably, and doubles as a game-night favorite, since the table converts into a poker table. The living room is where you'll want to linger: classic wood floors, a buttery-soft leather couch, and an oversized chair, all under the glow of the home's 1947 character, original windows and thoughtful vintage touches throughout. Step out onto the screened-in front porch, your perch for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, overlooking a vibrant, well-established neighborhood. When you're ready to explore, stroll the scenic Hillsborough River, wander nearby pocket parks and street murals, or head to 22nd Street Park for disc golf. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked in the detached carport. No cable, but you'll have high-speed WiFi to stream everything you need. You'll have access to the entire home and property, with one exception: the 1-car garage off the breezeway is not available for guest use. Not to worry, you'll have covered parking in the carport!
