The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, along with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus cookware, baking sheets, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for easy home cooking and entertaining, complemented by a BBQ grill for outdoor meals. Both bedrooms are dressed with quality bed linens, and the two full bathrooms come stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel alongside a bathtub and hair dryer. A dedicated laptop-friendly workspace suits remote work, while air conditioning and heating keep the unit comfortable year-round. Added conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, ample clothing storage with hangers, and a private garage parking space. Building amenities extend the living space further, with access to a shared swimming pool and gym alongside elevator access for easy arrivals with luggage.

Guests enjoy private, self-contained access to the apartment through its own private entrance, with no need to pass through shared living areas. Our management team sends clear, straightforward check-in instructions ahead of arrival, along with a direct local contact on call throughout the stay for anything guests need. The unit is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher for peace of mind, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. As with all professionally managed units, the apartment is cleaned and inspected between every stay, with cleaning products kept on hand for guests who want to freshen up during a longer visit.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits in Fernando de la Mora, a compact, densely populated district in Paraguay's Central Department and part of Greater Asunción, roughly 10 km from downtown Asunción. Because the district covers only about 20 square kilometers, most local landmarks are within a short drive of any address inside it, including: Sanatorio Metropolitano, a long-established private hospital at Tte. Ettiene esq. Ruta Mcal. Estigarribia, about a 10-minute drive; Supermercados Stock, with a branch on Avda. Pitiantuta esq. Asunción in the district's southern zone, for groceries and everyday essentials; Plaza Mariscal Estigarribia, a public plaza and green space along the avenue of the same name that divides the district's north and south zones; and Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, a neo-Gothic parish church and one of the area's architectural landmarks. Downtown Asunción, with its full range of restaurants, offices, and additional shopping, is roughly a 20-25 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

Fernando de la Mora is served by local bus lines connecting the district to downtown Asunción and neighboring San Lorenzo and Luque, as is typical across the Gran Asunción metro area. We don't have a confirmed route number stopping directly at this corner, so guests without a car should plan on a short rideshare or taxi to the nearest reliable stop; the area is fine for walking to nearby errands, but a car or rideshare is the most reliable way to get around Fernando de la Mora and into central Asunción.
