On those perfect powder days, ski back home right to the community (conditions permitting) for the ultimate slope-side experience.
After a full day on the slopes or trails, come home to your cozy condo and unwind or check out the amenity center which features a pool and pickleball courts in the summer - the mountains are calling, and this is your perfect base camp.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
