Located on the third floor, the apartment welcomes guests with a spacious entrance area leading to the different rooms of the home. The large French window fills the room with natural light and opens onto the private balcony, where guests can relax outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The sleeping area includes two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with large wardrobes to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. One of the bedrooms also features a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment is completed by a second bathroom with shower and a practical laundry area with washing machine, a particularly convenient feature for guests staying for longer periods.

By car, from the A9 motorway, take the “Lago di Como” exit and continue along Via Asiago. By entering the address into your GPS, you will reach the apartment in approximately 3 minutes.

By train, from Como S. Giovanni railway station, take bus no. 6 from the S. Rocchetto stop and get off at “Maslianico - Cosio” (17 stops, approximately 20 minutes). Continue on foot for about 200 metres to reach the apartment.
