The home features three bedrooms across two floors, giving families and groups room to spread out.



**Primary Suite — Second Floor**

King bed, TV and dedicated workspace, plus a private en suite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.



**King Bedroom — First Floor**

King bed and TV, giving couples or family members a comfortable second king-bedroom option.



**Bunk Room — First Floor**

Twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle and TV—a fun setup for kids while still comfortably accommodating four guests.



A second full bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a shower/tub combination. The washer + dryer are also located here for easy access during longer stays.

Head upstairs for a little friendly competition. Play a round of foosball, fire up the retro arcade machine, or let the kids claim the loft as their own hangout space.

One of the most unique spaces at Peace & Pine is a garage that isn't really a garage anymore.



We’ve transformed it into a year-round hangout with comfortable lounge seating, a bar area, darts, oversized Jenga, cornhole and other games.



The centerpiece is the **covered 6-person hot tub located right inside the space**. Rain, snow or a cold Pocono night doesn't have to get in the way of a relaxing soak.



Whether you're hopping into the hot tub after a day on the slopes, playing games with the kids or hanging out with a drink after everyone else has gone to bed, this space gives you another place to relax and have fun together.



🔥 **LIVING + DINING**



The main living room is made for slowing down after a day of exploring. Settle into the comfortable seating, turn on the large TV or warm up beside the electric fireplace.



The adjoining dining area seats 6 and opens directly onto the back deck, making it easy to move between meals inside and evenings outdoors.



☕ **KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR**



The fully equipped kitchen has what you need for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to an easy family dinner at home.



Start the morning at the coffee bar with K-Cups, cream and sugar provided. You'll also have a dishwasher for easy cleanup.



🌲 **OUTDOOR LIVING**



Step through the sliding doors onto the back deck and you'll quickly understand where the name Peace & Pine comes from.



Enjoy coffee overlooking the trees, fire up the propane BBQ for dinner, or gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for 8.

Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay, so your four-legged family members don't have to miss the getaway.

Full house and property access - if you see it in the photos, it's yours to enjoy during your stay



Other Things to Note:

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
