Three independent houses centered around one atmospheric courtyard, a salle des fêtes, sweeping views… Villa La Chapelle was built for families and groups of friends who want to holiday together while maintaining their own privacy. The villa is situated on a private plot of over 11,000 m² in the lush Périgord Vert, with natural stone, wooden beams, and traditional flooring giving the property an authentic character. A private 12 x 6 meter swimming pool and abundant space complete the estate. In total, the villa offers 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across the three houses, accommodating up to 16 guests. The houses are not rented out separately, meaning the villa is never shared with other guests and remains entirely private.

The first house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own access door to the Cour. On the upper floor is the 182 m² salle des fêtes: a spacious living room, large kitchen, private bar, and a large open fireplace. The second house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The third house is entirely on one level: two bedrooms, one bathroom, a compact living room with a wood-burning stove, and its own kitchen. The swimming pool is wheelchair-accessible from this house.

The Cour forms the beating heart of the villa. Next to the pool, a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue provides the perfect setting for long summer evenings. Vintage streetlamps, ornate iron balconies, and natural stone details enhance the ambiance. Here, you can enjoy the large private pool and the expansive surrounding landscape.
