House Rules
•Bachelor/bachelorette parties ok, as long as you are respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM
•Check-out time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking

BACKYARD:
Our backyard is in close proximity to neighboring homes, so we ask that you help us keep things peaceful and well cared for. Please be mindful of noise while in the backyard, especially in the evening, out of respect for our neighbors.
- After using the propane grill, please ensure the propane is turned off completely and the grill is left clean.
- The fireplace must be turned off after each use.
- Please unplug the string lights when the backyard is not in use.
- Yard games should be put away and stored neatly when not in use.

By booking this listing, you ("Guest") expressly acknowledge and agree to the rental agreement below. This agreement does not confer any rights beyond those consistent with a temporary guest occupancy. You agree that your will not claim any tenancy rights and will vacate the premises by the checkout time specified in the booking details.

We are not able to make accommodations or adjustments to our cancellation policy. If for any reason you think your stay might have to be adjusted or cancelled, we recommend purchasing the travel insurance available.
