Casa Franzosi – A stay between lake, nature, taste and culture



In the heart of Valtènesi, in Puegnago del Garda, between the waters of Lake Garda and the gentle morainic hills of the Brescia region, Casa Franzosi is a refined holiday residence where true luxury is expressed through simplicity and understated elegance.



Designed to engage harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, Casa Franzosi embraces the concept of quiet luxury through contemporary architecture, clean lines, natural materials and carefully selected details. Every choice has been guided by the desire to enhance the character of the area without altering its identity, creating a place where comfort meets authenticity and luxury is found in the beauty of things done well.



Each apartment takes its name from one of the winery's labels, revealing a different facet of the Franzosi identity.



The property features five exclusive apartments, surrounded by the greenery of olive groves. The shared spaces are designed to offer guests a relaxed and carefree stay: a beautiful, generously sized swimming pool, an elegant sun terrace where guests can bask in the Garda sunshine, and a shared laundry room available to all guests.



Although immersed in nature, Casa Franzosi enjoys a privileged location. The beaches of Lake Garda can be reached in just ten minutes by car, while a pleasant walk leads to the historic centre of Puegnago del Garda, where the authentic rhythm of the village unfolds among local shops, small boutiques, a gourmet restaurant and one of the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints overlooking the lake.



Rebo



The interiors embody understated elegance, combining authentic materials, refined finishes and colours inspired by the land of Valtènesi. Clean lines and an essential design create a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere, where every element has been carefully considered to provide comfort without ostentation.



The living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and TV, creating a welcoming space designed for sharing and enjoying convivial moments. The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms, both equipped with TVs and characterised by a contemporary aesthetic and practical solutions designed to combine functionality with visual lightness. One of the two bedrooms also features an elegant walk-in wardrobe, offering generous space for conveniently organising personal belongings. The apartment is completed by an elegant bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, finished with carefully selected materials and high-quality details.



Every room can be fully darkened or immersed in a pleasant soft light thanks to the automatic louvred shutters, allowing guests to adjust the amount of natural light according to their preferences.



Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of Rebo from Cantina Franzosi as a welcome gift, inviting them to discover the spirit of the local area from the very first moment. In addition, all Casa Franzosi guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary wine tasting at the family winery, an experience dedicated to discovering the vineyards, the winery's production philosophy and the Franzosi labels.



An elegant pathway leads to the garden of Casa Franzosi, where a private gazebo with a dining table invites guests to enjoy outdoor moments, from breakfast to sunset aperitifs, surrounded by the scents and tranquillity of the Garda countryside.



Set apart from the apartments, the spectacular shared swimming pool offers the perfect balance between well-being and activity. Its generous dimensions are ideal for a refreshing swim or a moment of relaxation, while the elevated sun terrace, furnished with comfortable loungers, invites guests to slow down and enjoy the light and peaceful atmosphere of Valtènesi.



Located on the ground floor at the entrance to the property, Rebo combines convenient access with the tranquillity of Casa Franzosi, along a quiet, low-traffic road. A covered and reserved parking space is also available next to the apartment, ensuring maximum convenience throughout the stay.
