SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Our space is most comfortable for up to 6 guests, but we can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. If you’re a full house, please keep in mind that the space may feel a little cozier—but we’ll make sure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

For your stay, the sleeping arrangements are:

- Bedroom 1: 2 guests
- Bedroom 2: 2 guests
- Sofa bed: 2 guests
- Extra bed (foam): 2 guests

THE LIGHTINGS AND FAN

Each of us has our own preferences when it comes to the brightness of the lights and the speed of the fan. Some of us prefer dimmed lights when watching TV, while others prefer just the right amount of airflow. Here at Casa Nueve Doce, we respect everyone’s preferences, so we’ve installed adjustable lights and fans that you can set to your preferred brightness and speed, whenever you like.

HOUSE RULES

1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. FINE AMOUNT: ₱5,000
Host reserve the right to evict guests immediately without a refund.

2. CHECK-IN: 2:00PM / CHECK-OUT: 11:AM
Early check-in or late check-out should be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

3. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Overnight guests exceeding the declared number of guests will be subject to additional fees, as we want to ensure the safety, comfort, and security of all our guests and other tenants.

4. OBSERVE QUIET HOURS
Keep noise to a minimum, particularly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

5. KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN
Please clean up after yourselves. Avoid stains on sofas and beds; ₱1,000 fee for stains requiring cleaning/restoration.

6. BE A GREEN RANGER
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units, and water faucets. Report any leaks or electrical issues to the host.

7. CHECK YOUR THINGS UPON LEAVING
Please mind your belongings. Lost items will be kept for 24 hours, then disposed of if unclaimed or uncoordinated. Also, please leave the unit items inside. Missing items will be charged ₱500 each.

8. SECURITY DEPOSIT.
A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after your stay, provided there are no damages or issues. Any known damages will be discussed with you first before any deductions are made.
