🚭 No smoking indoors. A $500 smoking fee will apply.

🎉 No parties or events. Undisclosed guests or unauthorized parties may result in immediate eviction and additional fees.

👥 Please provide an accurate guest count for everyone staying at the property.

🐾 Pets are allowed only with prior management approval and a $250 pet fee.

🔇 Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

👟 No shoes are allowed on carpets or rugs. Major stains or damage may result in fees of up to $150.

🔥 Please use the grill and fire pit responsibly. Never leave them unattended, and ensure all flames are completely extinguished after use.

🧹 Please treat the home as if it were your own and leave it in a reasonably clean condition. An additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply if the property is left exceptionally dirty.

⏰ Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees, including up to half of the nightly rate.

🔒 Please lock and secure all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

🕯️ If candles are provided, extinguish all flames before leaving the property or going to bed.

📹 Exterior security cameras are installed around the property and garage area for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🚨 The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please ensure the stove and oven are turned off before leaving the property and before bedtime.

🧻 We provide an initial supply of household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies if needed during longer stays.
