- a bright living room with a dining area opening onto the balcony,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed,
- a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a sofa bed, offering a pleasant view of the marina,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron,
- TV with satellite or cable, Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning,
- smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment does not have private parking, but benefits from a prime location in the heart of the city center, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.
